The SYV Grange is partnering with Apples to Zucchini Cooking School to offer a special series of "Batch Cooking" Classes for adults and teens 14 and older.
Batch cooking means that the class will be working with seasonally available local produce, different ingredients each month depending on what is in season. Learn a variety of techniques and recipes, and take home what you cook!
